when im spawned into the game im looking at the top of the characters head, clicking and drag the screen and it just pulls it back, same with the number pad. when i get into a vehicle the camera looks straight up. i can spin the camera, but thats it. change to cockpit view, and your just looking at the sky.
tryed uninstalling/reinstalling the game. i swear years ago this happened and it was a pretty simple fix.
