Note- this config requires a fairly beefy computer. Has a 30% performance impact on my machine.

This config has depth of field enabled, and focuses wherever the mouse is. This can be changed by pressing shift+f2, scrolling down to "MartyMcFlyDOF" and unchecking it.
Autpfocus annoying you? scrolling down to "DOF" in the second scroll-box and setting "DOF_MOUSEDRIVEN_AF" off- by unchecking it. Now autofocus point is set to the middle of the screen.
If it looks too soft, disable "HQ4X".
