Comes in tandem or single axle and with steel or aluminum wheels.

Changes:
- Dolly is not classified as truck anymore, it's now a proper trailer
- Made stabilizer less wonky
- Added wheel options
- Combined both Tandem and Single axle into one pack, instead of using Neg's Mack packs to use them
