Update on the flaps

My first Airbus mod in RoR. I wasn't planning on making this one but it ended up happening anyway lol. (Also possibly make A340 too in the future since they share the same fuselage.)

There hasn't been any progress in recent years, so I’ve decided to release this for now. I know some people have been waiting for this mod so here it is. Note: The passenger version is not included at the moment because of some issues. BETA RELEASE
