Kinda random but im trying to find some Military mods.

So I was just playing in multiplayer except I was the only one moving. There were people in the server but they moved like images, sometimes even making the vehicles stretched. Idk If its an internet issue or a multiplayer issue.

Just a really goofy ahh skin i made. It's actually one of my first skins ever. I might make more skins which is better the whatever this thing is. My future skins will be a .skinzip instead of a .zip
