computer upgrade Question
#1
So i have a question What should i upgrade on my pc.. I have a 170$ (CAD) budget And at the moment I have a asrock ddr2 lga 775 motherboard And My cpu is a core 2 duo e8400 At 3,00ghz And A stock intel heatsink. And 4gb of ddr2 ram. My gpu is a gt630 2gb And it works pretty well! I dont know what i should upgrade Because i have a small budget. Im not really looking for pc masterace specs But i would like to get good qualityish Graphics And good fps when i am Streaming and recording. At the moment I get a average 40/60 fps in rigs of rods And 30/40 fps in ats on medium settings With 300% scaling. Let me know What would be the best  upgrade. the most i can spend is 190$ And another thing i would like is being able to run some bigger title games!

Most likely I would get faster RAM and get 8GB worth, because that is the most that motherboard can handle if you are using 32-bit OS. And if you have some $ left over, try and see if you can get an SSD, because everything will boot A LOT faster, and that can increase game/general performance. for cheap, I would keep the OS on the HDD, but put the games and all the components on the SSD, because you can get a solid 500GB for around $65-$85 if you look well enough.
Current specs: (updated: 9/22/16)
Dell Inspiron 530
Windows Vista Home Premium SP1
Radeon X1050 GPU
Intel Core 2 Duo 3.00 GHz
8GB RAM

If your motherboard supports it go with another 4GB's of ram and possibly a Core 2 Quad cpu if you can find one at a decent price.i picked up a Q9550 2.83Ghz Core 2 Quad for $38USD on ebay
Intel Core i7 3930K@4.0Ghz
64GB DDR3 1333Mhz
EVGA GTX 1060 6GB SSC
EVGA G2 550W PSU
