WIP 1st Gen IC RE (2003-2004)

howdy!

hence the title, this is Integrated Coach (IC)'s flagship "Rear Engine" bus!
it was their longest running nameplate, running from 1996 to 2024; albeit with 2 rebrands & generations

the model is from its 1st generation, with its last facelift

it'll have everything you'll expect from my other stuff (i.e lights, switches, wreckability, etc)
but unlike my other threads here, no version of this bus will be linked (yet)


that's because i'm planning on toggleable variants using the tuning menu instead of having 690000 truck files for each version

even though tuning can't add nodes yet, i'm migrating the school parts to addons the moment it does

until then, enjoy the screenshots!

Will crossing gates be added to activity models too? these are hot keep up the good work

what i'm hoping for is a config system like beamng where you could place parts like crossing gates on the fly instead of just relying on pre made configs
yea i'd hate to compare RoR to beamng but i'd rather have that than 690000 truck files for each & every spec 💀

through that config system i'm also gonna add different engines like the dt530 or the 7.3 powerstroke

as for premade configs themselves i may make an activity version without the stop signs
