It is always super fun to buy a new PC.

I would buy the number 2. One reason is because Google said Intel® Core™ i5-10600K is one of the best Intel Cores to use for heavy gaming.
I'm not sure about the other things to do with this computer you put below the Intel description but I would get this one.

Number 1 is also very good so really any one of these is good. Which one is cheaper and which one looks cooler?

Hope this helped somewhat.

Both options would be very good for everything you'd want to do with them. But the Ryzen 5600 + RX 6650 XT beats the 10600K + 1660S in terms of raw power. You do sacrifice storage space for the faster CPU/GPU though. I would definitely consider upgrading the OS storage drive to at least 512GB , those 256GB drives will fill up very quickly.

Thanks you guy's i looked little deeper into specifications i updated first post.

Sorry for my lazines i copied initial discription. It has missing info about 1TB HHD in 1 machine.

I think i want AMD RYZEN more.

My current idea is to change:
Processor:
AMD Ryzen 7 5700X Eight Core CPU (3.4GHz-4.6GHz/36MB CACHE/AM4)
RAM:
32GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 3200MHz (1 x 32GB)
Storage:
256GB PCS 2.5" SSD, SATA 6 Gb (500MB/R, 400MB/W)

its little over my budget but think i'll make
it.

Also I have a 1TB hard drive in my current toster with I want to fit in new one. Hope it's possible. Not sure if guaranty accept it.
