Can't find Documents\Rigs of Rods 0.4\mods like its not in my documents what so ever

Could someone help me? I legit go to documents but cant find the Rigs of rods folder for mods

As of version 2020.01, the user folder is located in Documents\My Games\Rigs of Rods.
