game crashing evertime i try to open it

So i pressed skip main menu option in settings and the game is crashing evertime i try to open it. Is there any option how can i deactivate it?

Open Documents\My Games\Rigs of Rods\config\RoR.cfg in a text editor, near the top (line 11 for me) you'll see:
SkipMainMenu=Yes just change the Yes to No and save the file

That happened with me too,
but i had conflict with the resolution of the monitor with the resolution of the Game (The resolution of the monitor was higher than that of the game)
This resulted in a black screen when i tried to open the RoR, so I went to the cfg file, and changed the resolution by there

Well BR1Drifts I had no previous awareness that the cfg file existed - and didnt want to have to delete and re-dowload 2.5 GB of game. Because it took 40 mins to download.
