Unsolved Game screen frozen

[My ror is broken 69]

When I load ror it’s just frozen black screen and then when I make the screen bigger is goes to title screen but still frozen and it seems it unfreezes everytime I make it smaller and full screen it please help... yes I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling
