It hasn't changed for a while (if at all):
Documents > Rigs of Rods 0.4 > logs > RoR.log

If you can't attach it, copy the entire log to Pastebin and post the link of the log here.

It is RoR, not ROR. If it shows up without the .log extension, you need to make Windows explorer show file extensions.

By default Windows does not display the file extension. It doesn't matter though, you can still attach the file.
