How do i add custom addon parts?

Can some body tell me how to add custom part's to your truck/car like the mono steering wheel

Installing steering wheels is very similar to installing any other body part, you just have to replace the mesh name in the props line for the wheel. (Just search "steer" in the truck file, you'll find it)
