Is it Okay to do this?

I'm thinking of creating a race with other people where you race cars only from the archives. When the submissions are up, I'll pack it all up in a big zip file containing the submitted cars for each person, from the Archives. Is it okay to do this? Also the reason why I'm making a big zip file for it because I want other people to see other's cars.
