hey I need help every time I run the set up for multiplayer it keep giving me all these errors and to reinstalling it here is the errors

MSVCP140.dll
VCRUNTIME140.dll

what should I do because I want my own sever follow by how do I change my thing it still say I am still a new member but I am not thanks

now I am getting an error is like: Registration failed, response code: HTTP 503, body: {"result":false,"message":"Could not connect to your server and verify it's version. Please check your Firewall or leave it as it is now to create a local only server. Your server is NOT advertised on the master server!

You need to forward the server port (default is 12000) and allow RoRServer through Windows Firewall.
Port forwarding depends on your router/ISP, just google on how to do this. If you can't figure it out, don't bother trying to host a server.

I always keep getting this error every time and all the information is right what should I do?
