Solved My game plain won't funtion

hi I love the look of this game and decided I would give it a download. I downloaded it and installed it without much issue however when it came to running it I click the config application and this happens. I'm wondering if anyone would have any advice as to what I may be doing wrong. Don't know if this may be the issue but the account I use on my computer is separate from my admin account for security reasons. don't know if this is the problem.
operating system: windows 10
system specs: Processor: AMD fx 6300 six-core, RAM: 8gb corsair ddr3, GPU: Asus Nvidia Geoforce GTX 1050 ti OC edition

okay it was empty. however under the rigs of rods folder under program files x86 I did find the files listed in your documents folder so I just cut and pasted those files into my documents file and low and behold its working now
