WHAT DOES THAT MEAN i am sure that there is a logical reason for this right?

- be joosh
- open the engine tuning tool from top menu
- be confused why tool can't tune rorbot (who is not a vehicle and has no engine)
- exit to main menu
- be further confused as to why the tool still appears (he didn't close it)
- share his confusion in a confusing way, instead of asking "shouldn't the tools/scripts terminate when you exit the map?"
