School Bus WL Flares

I am very clueless on how to change the warning light flares on my bus. The Jason CE lights I am trying to change are LED as of now, and I am attempting to change them to Incandescent lights. If anyone could help me out that would be well appreciated.

Your gonna want to find an incandescent light picture. Then make find the speed of how it flashes. And basically apply it to Jason's pack.
