shaders for linux

I tried to use shaders on my linux machine (and did exactly what the instructions said) but nothing changed. Is it because they don't work on linux, or because I did it wrong?

I put the contents of the zip into where RoR was installed, but nothing changed.

Reshade is windows only. You might be able to use vkBasalt with Gamescope as an OpenGL to Vulkan wrapper instead but that didn't work for me.

Wine slows the game down and reshade just crashes RoR with a ton of errors.
