what is the best plane or jet?

can anyone tell me a realistic and good plane or jet mod? i have some like the concorde or boeing (i don remeber the rest lol) and i need some other mods that are realistic like animated yolks and dashboards. plz :)

Well there is animated yokes on the 777 linked above and also get the 777 skin pack as well
