    Ramp Buggy

    A vehicle inspired by the Ramp Buggy in GTA Online.

    Originally made as a proof-of-concept, it has been updated with new meshes and lots of n/b improvements.

    Credits:
    @Blue_Pads - Modeling, went far and beyond my expectations - thank you!
    @Voulk - Fuel cell
    @Stoat Muldoon - Base engine model
    @Austin - Flares
    @derbymutt - Sounds
    @Michael10055 (Myself) - N/b, texturing, getting it all in-game

    Update 4/16/18:
    Ramp Buggy-screenshot_2018-04-16_15-13-09_1-pngRamp Buggy-screenshot_2018-04-16_15-14-29_1-png
    • Added flares (thanks to Austin)
    • Added sounds (thanks to derbymutt)
    • Exported driveshaft mesh
    • Fixed some texture errors, axles are now rusty
    • Fixed rear tire n/b width
    • Torque curve added, decreased engine inertia (thanks to derbymutt)
    • Fixed engine texture brightness

    This is still a beta/WIP (Work In Progress).

    What's left to do:

    • Texture improvements

    For anyone wondering why it is so heavy (about 16 tons), it has to be heavy in order to actually work for launching vehicles. It would just get stopped by everything if it was a realistic weight.
    Due to how RoR's collisions work, vehicles may get stuck inside the submesh, especially at high speeds. There isn't really anything I can do about this.

    I do not want to see any meshes from this ported into other games.
    If you want to use any meshes from this in RoR, please ask @Blue_Pads first.

    Download available on the Repository.

    PSDs for skinning have been attached to this thread.

    Enjoy!

    Before the Ramp Buggy I made a mod out of @negativeice's Freightliner FLD120 Century based on the vehicle used on MythBusters:

    I probably won't finish it unless someone's willing to model parts for it.

    Well, pretty much everything lol. The current wedge is just submeshed with visible beams.

    Anyway, I've just released an update on the Repository.
