I didn't know where to place this so sorry if it's in the wrong place, i've been trying to search for this mod for a couple years but I can't find a copy of it, if anybody knows the name of this or where I could download it that would be greatly appreciated, thanks. This is what the mod looks like

I recently got a 1TB SSD drive and I was trying to install rigs of rods onto my D: drive. However, it doesn’t show the select destination location screen, it just shows the user agreement, select components, and additional tasks. Any help would be appreciated.
