Hello everyone, if a person has permission to edit the 3D Model of any 3D Land Transportation Model, they can edit the Model to remove Parts or Reshape the Model

Yes. RoR's models are in Ogre mesh format and are most commonly edited using Blender: https://docs.rigsofrods.org/tools-tutorials/blender-mesh-editing/

No, you would just have to use the main Ogre import/export addon rather than the RoR one.
