GUI editor does not work.

The error says that MSVCR100.dll is missing. I tried to run it as administrator but it didn't work.

You're missing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable. The program is likely 32-bit, so you'll need to download & install vcredist_x86.exe. May need to restart your PC after installing.
