    Oh you know that's normal; it's the least politeness to wish someone a happy birthday, in my opinion. Even if you've never spoken to the person before, in a communaty like that, of course.

    and there's no need to do complicated things to make people happy. I definitely see people saying "no" to someone who asked for something, if it's a vehicle, I understand, but for a skin, honestly! It's not hard to do! Well obviously, you shouldn't ask for a pack of 150 skins. And then even, it makes you happy to have made this person happy, right?
