N/B editing is the easiest way without damaging the vehicle's shocks. Find the wheel nodes in the meshwheels section, go to nodes section, find the node, then edit the y axis number.
Add set_node_defaults in the meshwheels section. Play with the second value set_node_defaults -1, -1, -1, -1. Also you should add separate snd on front and rear.
