quick question but in the original post pictures and in the background there are 2 Skoda's, are these separate mods or are these part of a map? if so, what map or what pack?

what if it's the same concept but just when the game is loading they do not load in?

i have experienced it myself and whenever a player disappears they are spawning a mod. usually it says the .truck or .rar file and sometimes it says "mod not installed" if you do not have that specific mod.

this could be because they have a vehicle mod that they are driving that you do not have installed
