I imported the main model into blender and cleaned up the mesh somewhat and used the AO bake to generate a texture.

My latest creation. ZiL 41047 (ignore white tires - its unpacked in vehicles and the material does not work there.)

If by shading you mean proper UV mapped textures with AO baking I can do that as long as I can import the models into blender.
