I have had this before on my pc, try putting your graphics to max, and the back again, dont know why but it worked for me

FIXED!!! all i had to do was turn the textures and other graphics up and then when i put them back down then it was fine(my computer isn't very good).

I think pressing "\" enables the slomo and 'Ctrl =' and 'shift =' change it.
