Happened on my Ubuntu PC after a interrupted cache rebuild, if I remember correctly. I am not 100% it was that, but half of my mods didn't show up + were showing up as corrupted in the Explorer.

Well, it can be a futuristic 80's car :) I came up with the side profile and the wheel. The body is based very roughly on the Bedford. Excuse the image being flipped*

This wheelbase looks way too long. I would suggest shortening it (the distance from the rear wheel to the front wheel) as well as moving the front axle back, and the back axle forward.
