the car in mr bean was a blue reliant reagal supervan (that's the actual name of this van with 3 wheels and a top speed of about 60 mph or a bit faster, depending on how stable your wheels bearings are, or the load in the back which could make it roll over

there are no manual oil dip sticks in modern cars, meaning it is harder to tell properly how high/ low you are on oil if your clocks aren't working properly

maybe try increasing the final drive, or maybe increase/ decrease the ratio on the final gear.

it's a shame so many mods with great potential happen to fall and be forgotten about, it's just funny to think there is someone out there who created this mod and probably forgot about ROR completely.
