Hello there. I apologize for such a late reply, but I found a most helpful guide on how to couple the SGNSS-Y and RBNS train cars from the author himself some years ago. Hopefully you might find it useful. :)

The alternate Verniocity Flooded terrain by Scania970 has now been converted to 0.4+ and added as an update. The entire city has been covered with water; a lot of objects were destroyed in the flood, and many things like trees and bus stops are now displaced across the map. Hope you enjoy!
