Are you aware of any Good Maps for Rigs of Rods Players

If more experienced members of community could step in and recommend some maps to me, I would be very grateful. The ones I’m looking for would be either maps with streets/cities, destruction maps, and most maps in general I suppose. Thank you.

I think you'll just have to go through the repository yourself, look at the screenshots, download ones you might like, and try them out.
There's not that many, shouldn't take long. Most if not all have screenshots so you can see the map, before you decide to download.

There are no hidden gems that I know of, that I could share with you, sorry.

Just like maps that aren’t super well know that are good. There’s a terrain pack that features good terrains and I was wondering about maps not in that pack.
