Can't read node numbers in game

all my nodes are node number 10.0kg now, that's all I know.

the background used to be black, why was it changed to this retina-burning white?
it's impossible to read I'm not exaggerating

Is your sky setting set to either Sandstorm or SkyX? The skybox becomes white when using wireframe mode on those sky settings.
