Dashboard gages won't show up on Thomas Saf-T-Liner HDX

Hi, I am new to RoR. I have imported a few bus packs and cant get the dashboard gages to show up, instead where the gages should be are white. I am running Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit. Any help is appreciated.

It also happens on a couple of other buses in the pack that this bus is in.

Did you leave the files zipped?

All the files have been unzipped.

Redownload them, and leave them in their zips, which is standard for installing any content.
