Unsolved - No Reply from OP Game Fatal Error at Start

Hi I'm having trouble opening the game and I just recently downloaded the newest version 2020.01 but when I download it and click to start the game it shows a FATAL ERROR message. This is what the message says. Please Help!

Try the following:

• Browse to Documents\My Games\Rigs of Rods and delete the config folder inside.
• Start RoR, the game will be in a small window. Click Settings -> Render system and change the Video Mode setting to your monitor's native resolution. Enable full screen if you want.
• Restart RoR.
