The HDX isn't loaded in that log. Spawn the vehicle, close the game, then upload the log again.

It appears your ogre.cfg is missing:

FileNotFoundException: 'C:\Users\bungg\Documents\Rigs of Rods 0.4\config\ogre.cfg' file not found!

Try either creating the file manually, or go to Settings -> Render System and change a setting there (such as the Video Mode, you should set it higher than 800x600) then restart RoR.

I still have the poblem even with the ogre.cfg
