You need to place them as props or flexbodies. If you're new to placing props i suggest just using the props section for now

help me,i put the parts in packs and then they dint worked,can u help me?
 
It has to be called and placed in the .truck file. Do a bit of research, there's a fair bit of info on how to do it if you look hard enough. It's easy, even I managed to figure it out.
 
There is a text file in each of those zips lol. Open it and it has the instructions on how to install it.
