And there is how to turn on the particle GFX and skidmarks:
Step 1:
Launch the game.
Step 2:
Click the "Settings" button on the menu located in the lower left corner.
Step 3:
This window should come up.
Step 4:
Click on the blue button in the top saying "Graphics".
Step 5:
Following window should appear:
To enable/disable skidmarks (tire marks), please check (click) or uncheck (click another rime) the box saying: "Enable skidmarks".
To enable/disale the particles (smoke, sparks etc.), please check (click) or uncheck (click another time) the box saying: "Enable particle gfx".
