I am wondering (after recently downloading a car hauler) how to use the tilt tray and the winch hooks
If someone could help that would be great!

Ctrl+T will bring up a list of available commands for the current vehicle. So to see the commands for the trailer you have to enter it using the menu on the top of the screen.
