How to make a skin work (gimp)

So i made this skin today (very quickly i must say) as a test to see how gimp works. And idk how to make it a skinzip
(using gimp 2.10)

and i cant put the xcf file here, anyone know how to fix that?

You export from GIMP (File>Export As) as .png or .dds depending on what the original was
A .skinzip is just a zip file, but you change the file extension to .skinzip
to rename it, you will need to enable file extensions https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/62842-hide-show-file-name-extensions-windows-10-a.html
