How to use addon parts?

Hi! I would like to install and use addon parts on cars in RoR, but I have no clue to do it - and little coding/deep computing experience. I haven't a clue how to use them and I can't find any relevant info in the Docs area.
I would really appreciate it if someone could help me on this matter.

You can open the cars .zip in the mods folder. Then you can go into the truckfile and when you open the addon part file it should come with a readme, Follow those steps and also use ctrl + f to find anything that the readme says!
