Unsolved I can't connect my steering wheel to the game

So I have this steering wheel called Speed SP-U3394 (I received it when I was a child and no, I don't have the money to change it) and I'm having problems connecting it. I have the input tool but I'm having too many problems trying to make a file. Does anyone has a solution to this?

What problems are you experiencing exactly? can't help you if we don't know what your problem is
Unless you can find an existing input map for this wheel that somebody else made.

Based on what you've said, my proposed solution is to solve your problem with connecting the wheel first, and then solving the problems you experience when creating the input map file, one by one, whatever they may be. Amazing, I know.
