how do I use the F3 or F6 car/bus/vehicle controls I press the button or both if it say the control is F3-F4 is there another button I missing or something like that when i press the button it just does the F2 function

ok thank you also on my laptop one of the vehicle functions was F12 before i new this i pressed F12 guess what it was
