that sometimes shows up if somehow you ended up starting a new session on your pc, more than likely because of a crash

it's more or less a bot that stays in your place until you log back on to the server, kind of like a temporary rorbot

That's not a feature (doesn't make sense anyway) , it's definitely another player.
