Is it possible to disable self-cancelling of turn signals?

Is there an option to disable or fine-tune (make it less sensitive) the self-cancelling feature of turn signals?

I find that the smallest steering wheel turn cancels the indicators, before I take the actual turn (especially in cars that needs constant steering corrections just to go straight)
