I had just recently download Voulk Thomas Built Buses mod. now the mod has the same problem
Does it happen to all vehicles?
Are HQ reflections turned on?

Don't take the files out of the .zip. If they're in a compressed folder they will work properly. On windows you can right click the file, hit send to, and then compressed folder. Delete the unzipped file and it should work right.
