Last version for WindowsXP

Hello.

My gaming PC is broken , so this ancient PC is all I have left. (ASRock P4VM8, P4 3.0GHz, FX5200 128M, 2GB RAM)

This PC can't run Windows 7, so I'd like to know what was the last version for Windows XP. I have the version 0.38.67, which is VERY annoying since the game closes when you press ESC.

I think support for XP ended with 4.8.0 RC5.
And pressing ESC is supposed to close the game.

The last RoR version to support XP is 0.4.5.0. But with those specs, you're going to struggle even running very early versions. Just wait until you get your main PC fixed.
About ESC, versions prior to 0.4.5.0 didn't feature a main/pause menu, so ESC was the only way to exit the game.

How do I do windows updates for xp, internet explorer won't open the page the page and the update catolog says the files are corrupted. I'm running Windows XP 32 Bit sp2

This is the Rigs of Rods forum, not a Windows forum.
Windows XP is 18 years old, Microsoft ended support back in 2014. It's time to upgrade. (Or replace, as if you're running XP chances are your hardware isn't capable of running recent Windows versions, let alone RoR..)
