A mobile crash test cart or mobile deformable barrier. Used in side impact tests, but you can also test it in front and back test too. Top speed is 50MPH.

It does have steering and an engine even though a real one doesn't have that. This is more fun

been a while since we had a crash test Cart for RoR. might send some videos to the random thread later
