Solved Multiplayer aint' working

Okay, so i pressed update and nothing happens... what i did try was to go to this website and click on one of the hyperlinks on the multiplayer page but all it sent me was to a blank page if i opened it in a new tab... so i came here asking for help. and yes, i followed the instructions.


OS: Windows 7 (cuz windows 10 sucks lol)
